Title: Mocha Butter Frosting

Yield: 1 Servings

1tsPowdered instant coffee
1tsHot water
1/4cButter or margarine softened
3tbHershey's cocoa
1tsVanilla extract
1 Egg, beaten
2cPowdered sugar

In small mixer bowl dissolve instant coffee in water. Blend in butter, cocoa and vanilla. Blend in egg. Gradually beat in powdered sugar unti well blended. Add water, 1 ts. at a time, if necessary, until desired consistency.
